 Booked overnight enroute to Crete based on price and proximity to Schiphol. Booked on return based on quality and comfort. Although located in a commercial area, the hotel lobby, bar, and dining room were very very nice. Room was a double twin, large, clean and with very comfortable beds and duvets. Bathroom was modern and comfortable. Free shuttle to-from airport was convenient and timely and drivers polite and helpful. Reception could use some personality though, such as a smile and a 'thank you'. Great breakfast if included with room, but too pricey at 12.5 Euro each. Free computer/internet access in lobby very useful. We would definitely stay again. - 11-Jun-2008 Overall, the hotel was good. The airport shuttle service was really loundsy that it didn't follow the schedule, not on time and refused to take more passengers by using more shuttle. The driver would just leave the passengers to wait for the next shuttle which could be more than half an hour. - 05-May-2008 Free shuttle to and from the hotel is very good. Should book ahead to avoid disappointment. Restaurant served excellent food and breakfast had variety and was healthy. Staff are friendly and helpful.
