 The Hotel is very well located especially when you don't have many days to visit Oslo. We feel that the rooms are a little small but we realize that we cannot judge by American standards. - 23-Jul-2007 This is an excellent hotel to stay in central Oslo with easy access to lots of places of interest. The hotel was clean and uptogether. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. The adjoining cafe/restaurant served good quality Norwegian food at a reasonable price.- 30-Jun-2007 I had read a few less than favourable reports before staying in the Bondeheimen however I found the hotel to be first class. Bedrooms were small but very freshly decorated, modern and clean. Shower was large walk in variety totally able to blow away the cobwebs. Room was very quiet no noise from other guests or from outside. We had back room other guests with room to front mentioned street noise at night. Breakfast was an absolute feast, plenty of options for vegetarian dining. Smokers could take their coffee/tea in paper cups and sit outside for morning ciggie. Receptionist very helpful let me use her computer to print my boarding passes for return flight as guests computer has no printer. Location was suberb. Can't wait to go back to Oslo beautiful city would definately stay in Boneheimen again.- 24-May-2007 |
