 The staff was extraordinarily accommodating! They were friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants, where to find things, etc. When our flight was cancelled, they were great to get us another room and help us get moved over at the last minute. I would definitely stay here again, especially if you're traveling with a party. We had five (mothers and daughters) and it worked out wonderful for us.- 10-Apr-2008 What a fantastic place to stay in NYC! It doesn't look like much from the street, but the apartments are absolutely huge, modern, clean & comfortable, with excellent kitchen facilities. Perfect for two couples or families with kids - so much space and walking distance to all the big name attractions! Special mention must be made of the front desk staff who are endlessly helpful & friendly. I can't recommend this place highly enough - don't look any further, book now!- 26-Mar-2008 We stayed in a nice room.
