 I would strongly recommend this hotel for it's value and very central location. The staff at reception (especially Sonia) were extremely friendly and helpful and made my brief stay a most pleasant one. I will use the hotel again.
The fact that I cannot speak German did not prove a barrier as all of the hotel staff spoke perfect English. The hotel restaurant menu is in both languages which is a distinct benefit.
