 The effectiveness and friendliness of the front office is EXCELLENT. It is a little bit far away from the centrum 20minutes by car, and there is nothing around the hotel.
The bed is very hard and small for a normal size adult. The room size is OK. The TV is very good however the only have 6 channels. The restaurant facility is OK, but expensive.
The housekeeping is very poor, one day they forgot to bring additional shampoo and shower gel, when it was clearly seen that it in out of stock. There is NO AC and mini bar in the room.
The facility of the bathroom is OK, however the smell of the towels ARE HORRIBLE!!!!- 05-Jun-2009 |
