Guests travelling on business purpose can make use of the well-equipped meeting rooms for organising various important events. During leisure, you can have a bracing dip or relax on the sun bed beside the swimming pool.
 The staff at reception always appeared bored with their job. If you were approaching from any direction they avoided even eye contact unless specifically spoken to. By contrast the housekeeping team always spoke in a friendly fashion. We certainly saw no one offering help with luggage despite my walking very slowly using a cane. This lack of friendliness simply sent us to local brasseries for breakfast and drinks.

Location, facilities and general design of the hotel were more than perfect. - 09-May-2008 Very modern hotel in an excellent position for sight seeing around Reims and very close to the Cathedral.
