i almost thought this hotel might be decent until i heard every single door slam from the loud travel group all night. And the 'cleaning' missed blood on the ceiling and stains on the sheets. I thought maybe they’d offer a small discount, but i guess my expectations were too high. very disappointing.

Great location, but tricky parking access.

The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and fluent in both English and French, making communication a breeze.

However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. we noticed some dirt on the coffee machine and missed attention to detail in vacuuming.

middle of the building were interesting features that added a unique charm to the place. The guest rooms were spacious and the night light in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch. However, the housekeeping could use some improvement, as I noticed minor cleanliness issues.

We had a delightful experience during our stay, particularly enjoying the helpful staff who even showered our Golden Doodle with affection. The hotel's proximity to the Old City was perfect for exploring. Tip, consider using nearby parking options to avoid the hotel’s challenging parking situation.

Great indoor pool and helpful staff, but parking was pricey at $32 a day.

We traveled with bikes and the hotel stored them for us without any fuss , which was really helpful. The staff were genuinely warm and made us feel like we were part of something special , even in a busy place like this.

It wasn’t exactly cheap , but for what you get , it was acceptable.

Comfortable room, convenient location, just a short 10-minute taxi ride from the train station and close to many restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area during our stay.

Nothing, all was good

Had a solid 3-night stay! The location is pretty great, just a short walk to the Old City, but yeah, be ready for some uphill walking. Enjoyed the heated pool, and it was never crowded. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was seriously so good, though it could get a bit pricey after a few days.

the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive (they always greet you with a smile! ). the complimentary coffee in the room was a nice touch. The indoor pool added fun for the kids! there are many dining options nearby too, perfect for exploration.

liked everything, but the breakfast could improve a bit. ☕
