 Hotel was good overall - cleanliness was good, rooms and toilets were decent size. Location is good - cery close to the west station. Breakfast is very basic though. The lady at the reception was little rude which spoilt a little bit of our experience. - 04-Jun-2007 The hotel was rated as 3 star. But, the facilities were not up to the mark of a 3 star hotel, I would rate it as a single star hotel.- 22-Apr-2006 To all those people who seek a very practical hotel with very friendly and knowledgable staff this is good hotel to consider.
The room we stayed had a very nice view, the hotel is bang near the interlaken west station and is very practical if u are keeping interlaken as your base.
