 This hotel exceeded my expectations.Excellent location,just across from Metro Callao.Across from a super market,two major shopping streets and within true walking distance of Plaza de Espana,the Royal Palace,Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor.The hotel offered impeccable service and amenities adequate to a 5star one.The room was not very big,but it offered everything!The breakfast was excellent and so was the bar on the 9th floor,with magnifiscent view and a beer which costed 3.50euros!I would definitely choose it again. - 05-Aug-2007 Great breakfast. Room and ensuite small but pleasant. Excellent lounge area at top of hotel. Some noise but being room on Grand Via it is to be expected.
