 Our recent stay at the Best Western Arosa was very pleasant to say the least. The location was excellent, directly on the Gran via with the Puerto del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Royal Palace within easy walking distance. We used the Metro from the airport and the hotel was only 100 yards from the station which was ideal.
The hotel was very nice and the staff were all very friendly. We opted to stay bed and breakfast, and the buffet style breakfast was more than adequate.
One thing to note is that one of ther lifts in the hotel is particualrly small, which could cause problems with luggage, however, we let one of the many porters to sort our bags out.
All in all, an excellent hotel, excellent location which I would certainly reccommend. - 04-Sep-2008 The hotel is in a good location just off the Gran Via. All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice for all palates. The rooms were small but adequate, plus they were spotless. I'd recommend this hotel to friends, etc. - 07-May-2008 nice but a bit small room.
