I stayed at Berjaya Eden Park Hotel London for two nights with a friend then stayed on for a further six nights on my own. The first night on my own I was moved to a single room, the mattress on the bed was most uncomfortable, I advised the staff the next morning and another room was offered, I wish to thank the staff for their courtesy and the prompt attention to the matter.- 17-Sep-2007 The Hotel is somewhat threadbare and in need of redecorating, but the staff were cheerful enough. The biggest bugbear was the fact that the key system had broken down (aledgedly) and evry time you wanted to get into your room the porter had to accompany you to open the door. Car Parking is on the street though free at night.
Plenty of food choice within 5 minutes walk. - 18-Jun-2007 We late booking and only twin rooms were available. These were very small, but had all facilities. However, the shower was so small it was impossible to move as it had sliding doors. A shower curtain would have allowed a little more movement.
The hotel was very well placed both for the Underground and for car parking (if arriving by car). I would use it again, but only if I could get a better room.- 26-May-2006 |
