 Personnel very friendly, helpful and co-operative. Room a bit small. Could maybe add e-mail facility and kettle and cups in room. Generally a satisfactory experience.- 23-Oct-2008 Polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff made the stay an enjoyable one even though the refurbishments currently being undertaken meant that lighting and wiring in the corridors was incomplete.
