must take a city taxi to leave you
off near the realto bridge. (Don't take
a non licensed cab). Once they drop
you off it's only 230 steps straight

Reception staff very helpful especially the late afternoon team- 26-Jun-2008 This is a super hotel, close to the centre of Venice and with helpful staff who speak good english. We were lucky to be upgraded which no doubt enhanced my opinion, but even if we hadn't been I would still have rated it very highly. Our previous visits to Venice were unhappy but selecting this hotel helped in a number of ways to make this trip very enjoyable.
