 The hotel has outsourced its food and room service facilities which are not as available as would be expected in a 4 star hotel and detracts from the stay/visit.
The lack of airconditioning can be a problem on hot days.
We had spent the previous week at another 4 star hotel in Cape Town which was far superior to the Beacon Island Hotel.- 28-Jan-2008 |
