 This hotel was on par for the money,it had a great breakfast buffet with lots of European and Asian choices.- 25-Jul-2009 This hotel would have been quite grand back in the 1980's, but looks a bit tired now. If you expect fairly basic facilities (e.g. cold water showers), you won't be disappointed, and the rooms are very spacious, and do have minibars (though I would suggest re-stocking from the numerous stores in the area, as minibar prices are high!). The location opposite the American Embassy on Roxas Boulevard is good. The traffic is heavy all night, but the noise is not disturbing. You can also walk quite easily to Roxas Park and other areas.
