 Hotel is at the far end of Batu Ferringhi adjacent to the under construction Hard Rock Cafe Hotel. We had lovely views of a Construction Site. Considering we paid extra for Ocean Views we feel that this should have been discounted under the circumstances. Also the "Call To Prayer" which is belted out through ;oud speakers 5 times a day can be a pain. WiFi Internet was very poor as it keeps disconnecting from the server. Hotel and staff were very pleasant and helpful and provided good service. Huge variety for Breakfast which is served between 6:30 to 10:30 am.- 19-Jan-2009 We had a lovely time in this resort, the food was great, the laundry and money changer across the road was also very handy. The night markets were also great!- 18-Dec-2008 Enjoyed a hassle free check-in upon arrival and was even more impressed by the friendliness of the hotel staffs who attended to us.
