Gorgeous hotel, with really attentive and helpful staff. A little expensive, but worth it for a treat. Will definitely stay there again!- 02-Jan-2009 This is a superb hotel in a superb location overlooking the Grand Canal next to St Mark's Square. Venice is a very special place and this hotel is very special too - ideal for a special occasion. But, it is extremely expensive so not for the faint-hearted. Service is second to none, wonderful outdoor breakfast facility on the 7th floor overlooking the Grand Canal and City. One of the best restaurants in Venice on the Canal Terrace. The hotel has only one shared internet facility, management are well aware so should increase provision, and there should be tea and coffeee making facilities in the rooms as an alternative to room service.- 04-Jul-2007 This is possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Apart from being ideally located, and with beautiful rooms, the service was second to none. The staff were efficient and attentive, and very polite whist not hassling guests. I cannot praise this hotel enough.- 14-Jun-2007 |
