 The Baronne is being renovated, ask for a room on the upper floors. There is no restaurant on-site and the nearest restaurant is horrible-Make plans to travel to eat. The day clerk, Cynthia, was very accomodating, however the night personnel were difficult to find. This is a cause for concern considering the hotel is accessible 24 hrs/day. And as always, there is a $20/day parking fee which is standard for New Orleans so a $65 room is actually $85+tax.- 04-Jun-2008 Very happy with our stay at this hotel, very convienient location and met our needs - 21-Nov-2007 Chewing gum stuck to the towel rack in the bath room. Stained carpet next to the bed in the room. However, the staff were very courteous, and very kind. The hospitality was very good. Very reasonable rate for their location.
