 I have stayed here on a couple of occasions: On each occasion I have had good service,and good food,although I do not enjoy the "rugby scrum" to obtain it from the buffet! It is a shame that the hotel is so shabby and tired. I think it could do with a good clean too. - 02-Feb-2009 A very good quality hotel for the money, a decent continental breakfast, comfortable bed and fairly quiet, recommended for a London visit- 10-May-2008 Stayed twice at this hotel. Location is great. On the picadilly tube line so convenient to get to/from Heathrow. 2 min walk to Earls Court Station. Hotel is a bit old. Rooms starting 100 are in the basement. bathroom is clean but a bit mouldy. Basement rooms facing the street get noisy as you hear the conversation of people walking on the street above. Lydie at reception is fantastic & gave us a room on level 5 for our next stay when we mentioned the noise factor. Breakfast is simple - toast, coffee/tea, rolls, ham, cheese etc but is filling. Free internet but not reliable. Would stay there again.
