 Despite confirmation vouchers I was initially told that there was no room for me when I arrived. A room was found. Throughout the stay the meals provided as part of a conference deal were consistently of poor standard - 01-Oct-2007 The pool area and changing rooms need updating. The jacuzzi wasn't working for two of our three days. This didn't spoil our stay.
