 The hotel and room especially were in execellent condition and kept to the same high standard each day. The food that was served was also of this same high quality and the staff were friendly and very good at understanding us even though we did not speak a word of Spanish!- 14-Mar-2005 Leisure area was a little bit out of the way and a little bit small but was clean and tidy. the staff were very friendly and work well with my very bad spanish. the hotel is situated in a quiet area but has a lovely view of the beach which is only 5 mins walk. the bus stop is just 3 mins walk while the metro station is 10 mins. the room was nice and spaceous and was cleaned everyday to a high standard.- 19-Nov-2004 I stayed at the Hotel Barcelo Atenea Mar in July '04 for four days.
The hotel is brand new and is therefore spotless.
Hotel staff were friendly and informative and the free internet portals in reception were very useful. The hotel is located about 100 yards from the beach and about 500m from the nearest metro stop (selva de mar).
Beds were very comfortable and maid service good.
Breakfast was pretty good too.
All in all a very enjoyable time was had at the Barcelo Atenea Mar.- 10-Jul-2004 |
