 They said that all single rooms were smoking - fortunatey I had booked twin rooms for sole use and they managed to upgrade us - but it seemed to be a problem as the hotel was pretty full. We ended up with nice rooms so I have no complaints at all and the folk were very helpful - thought you should check with the single vs non smoking for future visits.- 27-Apr-2009 Very spacious room. However, staffs unkind and unhelpful. Seems not deserve Four Stars (maybe three).- 31-Oct-2008 Excellent, friendly service, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. The staff gladly allowed us late checkout from our room at 21.00 (7.00 p.m. !!), as out flight left Frankfurt at 23.55.
