We absolutely loved the large rooms and beautiful decor at this hotel. The ocean views from our balcony were excellent, and we enjoyed watching the sunset each evening. The location of this hotel was perfect for us, as it was easy to get around the island and visit the various sights. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities and convenient parking options. The included breakfast was a great value and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I recently stayed at Pestana Bahia Praia Resort for 3 nights and it was fantastic! We had a Junior suite with a breathtaking ocean view. The daily breakfast was a treat and we loved that it went until 11:00. The location was perfect for exploring the island, with Ponta Delgada only 20 minutes away. The staff was polite and accommodating. We definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return one day.

The upgrade to a junior suite with ocean view was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was clean and peaceful, perfect for a quiet vacation. The spacious rooms and amazing views of the ocean were a highlight. Being able to spend time on the balcony overlooking the Atlantic was a great experience. The surrounding area had beautiful green grass and trees. The beach was just a short walk away. The overall service was excellent, with staff being friendly and accommodating. Late check-out was allowed and any requests were promptly taken care of.

The hotel decor was a bit dated in some areas. The pool was not in use during our stay due to the early season.

The hotel room was large and clean, with excellent views of both the beach and mountains. The hotel restaurant had an excellent selection of food for both breakfast and dinner. As vegetarians and vegans, we were pleased to find plenty of options available to suit our dietary preferences.

We felt so comfortable during our stay that there was no reason to complain.

Cleanliness was excellent with regular housekeeping. Hotel facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a fantastic spa. The hotel also had convenient parking available for guests. The location was perfect, offering easy transportation to Ponta Delgada airport and within walking distance of a beautiful beach with a superb restaurant. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and made-to-order omelets. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request.

The stunning ocean views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking and made our Christmas stay truly memorable. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to the beach and other attractions in the area. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served every morning, with plenty of choices to suit everyone's taste.

There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. the room was quite small and cramped, which made it difficult for us to relax and move around comfortably.
