 The room we stayed in was filthy. It could not have been cleaned for a long time. There was a dime on the floor that stayed there the whole time we were there. Sand was on the floor when we arrived. Under the bed I don't think had ever been cleaned. Swimming pool filthy, not useable, broken tables and chairs littered around. The only good thing was the location.- 10-Feb-2009 They gave me a roomed that hadn't been cleaned properly. The hotel is actually just old apartments that are being rented. Use cheap linens, towels, etc.
Would rather have paid the extra $50 for a better managed / cleaner hotel room.
The paint was peeling, the windows didn't actually close, and there was mold on the walls.
The bathtub was really dirty, and there was significant (read many uncleaned attemps) soap scum on all fixtures.- 26-Jan-2009 The building appears to be well worn and currently used for intermediate term housing more so than a hotel. Once past that major negative, I found the room to be superior with a beautiful view of the marina. The staff and manager were very polite and accomodating.
