 The hotel has a traditonal yet beautiful feel about it and the spiral staircase is a lovely feature too. The lobby area is very relaxing and a delightful place to sit in. The evening enhanced by the pianist and a cognac.
The restaurant serves good food and the staff are excellent with a professional friendly manner and attention to detail. The food although good did not offer a vegetarian selection which was a shame as my family and I were unable to dine in the hotel.
Certain staff on the front desk were excellent and provided an outstanding service however a couple of them were quite dismissive which is was a shame as the rest of the staff at the hotel provide and outstanding service.
Although I am always keen to discover new hotels this is one I would consider staying in again.
