 Poorly maintained, especially for a upper end hotel. paint peeling, roaches in the room. only positive, centrally located.- 24-May-2008 Although the property is starting to feel quite dated with worn decor and a musty smell, the rooms are of a good size and the location offers good transport connections to other parts of the city: The taxi ride from the airport takes only about twenty minutes and the hotel is located right by the junction of Gil Puyat and Taft Avenues, a five minute walk to the Gil Puyat LRT station and with a plentiful supply of jeepneys passing by. The local area is a little rough around the edges so it's worth taking care whilst walking around, particularly at night.
