 The Hotel staff are very polite and friendly. Location is at a very good place in Venice reachable in less than 5 minutes from the Central Rail Station. Breakfast was very good. I will sure recommend this to others without any second thought.- 16-May-2008 our stay in the hotel was nightmare. Our request for repairing the A/C heating unit or supply us a simple electric heater returned with no or negative answer. We shivered in the room for 3 nights as the weather outside was rainy and cold.Insuficient hot water for taking shower, insufficient breakfast in limited room.- 12-Feb-2008 The location of the hotel is excelent, very near the railway station but not in the noisy mainstreet. The rooms are clean though a bit small as is everything within this hotel. The staff is friendly though can be a bit worked up. The breakfast is bad and within the "dininghall" you can hardly move your bud. Besides there are not suffient tables for the guests they have. However, at the end of the street, within the main street there is an excellent café where you can get nice fresh "cornetto's" and very good coffee, but you have to do it the italian way, which menas standing. - 06-Jan-2007 |
