 The staff was excellent. The hotel was a little shabby and the decor is outdated. If it wasnt for the helpful staff and english speaking ability it would have been a bad stay. I reccomend this hotel.- 26-Oct-2008 The location of the Hotel is very convenient, right across from Metro station. And there are many bus stops nearby. And plenty of supermarkets within couple blocks. It is safe even at night.
The hotel receptionists speak English well, which is very helpful for us to get critical tourism information, especially bus info. Since not many people in the street understand English there.
The internet access in the hotel is about 1 Real per 4 minutes.
The hotel room is spacious, the triple room comes with a separate dinning area with sofa couch.
It is noisy outside. But one could get use to it in couple days.- 26-Mar-2008 We were initially disappointed as our room hadn't been cleaned upon our arrival, however, the staff were very kind and extremely apologetic and sorted it out very quickly. The hotel is very well situated in the Copacabana area about 5mins walk from the beach. The breakfasts in the hotel restaurant were very good with a wide variety of fruit and pastries on offer. The Concierge all spoke English and were very happy to help us plan excursions, book taxis and make the most of our stay.- 23-Feb-2008 |
