 As the hotel is situated on Lido it is out of the main hub of Venice and therefore extremely quiet with a relaxing atmosphere. However the cost of the Vaperetto to travel to the main area of Venice is quite expensive. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who wishes to be close to Venice but away from the busy centre.
The only negative would be that breakfast was not available until 8am.- 07-Jun-2008 I like the Lido because it is quiet and pretty, and it is easy to get to venice 24 hours using the waterbuses. the hotel staff were helpful and the room was clean. it was a little on the pricey side but it was Venice!- 09-Apr-2008 The site of the Hotel was very good, very near the "vaporetto" station. Reception was very kind, rooms a little small for two, but comfortable enough. Breakfast was good enough. We enjoyed our stay. We will go back on another occasion.- 08-Nov-2007 |
