After a sightseeing tour of the city, guests can relax in the nearby sauna, spa and indoor pool, only 2 minutes on foot from the hotel. The multilingual hotel staff is at your disposal for any special needs, you can easily book tours, concerts and theatre tickets at no extra charge. Guests can leave their car in the garage, subject to charges.
 The hotel was great, staff very friendly and helpful. It was in a great position. Disappointed in the hotel washing service 10 euros and the clothes were not dried fully and just thrown in a bag. Other than that it was an excellent stay.- 15-Mar-2008 Hotel provides free Internet access in the lobby and 40% discount on parking in the garage across the street (~8 euros per day after discount.) Plenty of street parking outside the hotel (free from 7 pm - 9 am next morning, 2.2 euro/hr. afterwards.)
Hotel has no air conditioning but provides a fan on request. Located in a quiet area and walking distance to many attractions.
Our triple room looks like a castle room with a squeaky floor and a bit over-priced. Breakfast area was small but has a family atmosphere, average variety.- 04-Sep-2007 This hotel is somewhat in the business district and there truly are no views to be seen. For us the bus schedules/routes were a bit confusing so we ended up walking everywhere. The hotel is close to Mirabell Gardens and then most of what we wanted to do, was just on the other side. This is a quaint hotel with no air-conditioning, so the windows all open up. Something that we had to be careful of with our little girl.
All in all, not a bad place to stay.
