 The hotel is in the process of being refurbished. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The twin room was small, but well designed - fine for a short visit. - 28-Mar-2008 The room was well kept (though not as clean on arrival as desired). The space available was quite small (I don't know if other rooms were better). The price was reasonable and the location excellent.
The stafrf at the hotel varied in helpfulness. While eager to help, the information provided [e.g., location of various local theaters] was not always accurate.
The situation was difficult (a transit strike started during the stay). Greater supportive effort would have been appreciated.
Good value was provided for the cost incurred. An additional effort would have been welcimed.- 19-Nov-2007 The Astrid was close to the Metro at the Arc De Triumph. Staff were friendly and rooms were very clean. The bathroom has been recently renovated and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Probably a typical 3 star hotel for Paris.
