 The staff were the most unfriendly staff that I ever experienced in Italy - infact I decided to check out and be at the loss of the price of the accommodation. I appreciate that the room rate was not expensive but a smile and a few words of welcome cost nothing. The free bikes are a great touch and make for easy sight seeing around town. My room was in the annex across the courtyard which made for a quiet rest.
