 The hotel was in walking distance to the Viaduct basin ( less 10 mins) and 5 mins to Britomart Railway and bus stateion. The down side was it was very noisy from outside street noise and road noise. We were on one side of the hotel and friends on the other and we all had very disturbed sleep. Breakfast is very budget with watered down juice and the slowest toaster you have ever met. Understandedly it i a budge pricing. The TV's in the room are very poor and tiny.- 20-Nov-2007 Whilst I acknowledge the hotel is a budget hotel, it is looking tired and could be spruced up.- 27-Oct-2006 Please provide the address and local telephone number on your booking confirmation form. The lobby of the hotel needs better ventilation, also a fan in the room would be helpful as February is a particularly hot month.
