 Some of the linen is dodgy, ie one blanket had a cigarette burn, but appeared to be laundered. For a 4 star hotel, the service and attitude of staff was poor and there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Had better breakfasts at other hotels also. Also there are major railway works being conducted right at the front of the hotel so the noise may be an issue. On the plus side, the hotel is about a 10min walk from the Blue Mosque, Ayasofia and the Grand Bazzar, Spice Bazzar and Sirkeci Ferry - the best baklava ever is sold in a store just opposite the Sirkerci tram stop.- 01-Feb-2008 the room was noisy most of the time bcz the hotel next to a train station,laundry close at 3pm which is inconveniant

beds and bathroom was clean , the location is very good to turisits exept for the train station
staff was helpful- 17-Sep-2007 Kettles in the rooms please! Also a little concerned about the security (in my room, not the hotel as a whole). My window was at the level of a courtyard and the window showed signs of a previous break in.- 13-Dec-2006 |
