 Used the hotel several times and am always pleased. Excellent location to old airport but I fear I won't use again when new airport opens.- 30-Aug-2007 Excellent facility with great rooms.
Rather difficult to get to - I would prefer to walk directly rather than take the bus, but the path from the terminal to the hotel was difficult to follow.
Rather expensive - I know you have a captive audience, but it is rather high cost.- 04-Jan-2007 Unfortunately no longer near the airport (but we were made aware of that and offered the chance to cancel for a fee).
There was no food available in the hotel as they were having pest control.
All the facilities were closed (games room, bowling alley etc) with the exception of a salon (seperate business).
Also the "complimentary" transfer to the Airport was not honoured as there was no longer a hotel vehicle. We booked a taxi for 5.00 am so we could get to the airport, when we went downstairs at 4.55 there was no taxi, a chap went out into the street to flag one down. 5.15 we finally got a taxi.
