 very bad service. very old and small hotel. bad breakfast- 08-Jul-2009 The room was small but comfortable. It's proximity to Paddington train and tube station was excellant. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would stay there again.- 11-Apr-2008 first stay room was in main hotel, a bit scruffy, sparsely furnished,
second stay room was in 'annexe', no lift and steep stairs to room on second floor, room was small and stuffy, noisy (at front of hotel) very sparsely furnished, whole annexe in stae of patially completed renovation, shower unusable (grouting incomplete, would leak?), unfinished corridors, smell of paint, questionalbe whether fire escape was available.
They wanted deposit for remote control to make TV work, and no marmelade for breakfast!- 13-Mar-2008 |
