 From your reviews the hotel sounded good but this is no way 4*hotel. The rooms were small and claustrophobic.There was no tea making facilities in the room.Bathroom was tiny. Service was good the staff were keen to help us. I would rate this as a 3*hotel with basic amenities.For the amount I paid to stay there it was definetly not worth it!!!!!!!! - 08-Nov-2007 We were very suprised at how clean and neat the hotel is. Very Large 2 Bedroom apartment, great rates. The Thai restaurant was fantastic service could not fault. There was a problem with drain in bathroom but was fixed as soon as we reported it. 24/7 Gift shop was suprising. - 16-Sep-2007 the hotel had mould in the room which caused it to smell and we had to be moved at 2.30 in the morning after three calls to reception and having to go down to reception to complain about noise coming from Disco on the floor above which made it impossible to sleep.We certainly will not be returning to this hotel .- 06-Nov-2006 |
