Superbly appointed and equipped with the latest audiovisual equipments, the Arora Hotel with is exclusive as well as perfectly designed meeting and banquet space offer an ideal setting to make an event a successful one. To escape from the modern day pressures, guests can spend some time in visiting the Theatre of Dreams as well as the Old Trafford and the City of Manchester stadia that are located just a short tram ride from the property.
 staff very friendly and helpful- 03-Nov-2009 Nice room and very friendly staff. If I go to Manchester again, Arora is the place. - 25-Jul-2009 Service was very good with advice on where to go out (bars) & for nice breakfasts. Staff provided bath robes free of charge even though the room did not come with it. I got an ice bucket & champagne flutes direct from the bar - this meant was not charged room service. Staff were v. willing to help & give advice.
The room was generally well presented, if a little dark, but the bathroom was quite bright & spacious with a big bath. It was not a 'power' shower though. Cups were not cleaned after use & there was no iron in the cupboard as stated. The air conditioning was a bit random (so the room was very hot) & dont put your room no. in the t.v. front page as you will get charged for movies even if you dont watch any. Read instructions carefully. However, this was rectified (I hope) on checking out.
The location was good (central) & there is free parking on a sunday directly outside the hotel (if you can get a space). It's quite complicated to find the NCP car park from the hotel. - 19-Jun-2009 |
