Ideally located right in the centre of the city and facing Mozart Park, the hotel is only a few steps away from the famous Promenade Des Anglais. The hotel is next door to the shops and is also close to the pedestrian precincts, Massena square as well as the Old City.

 Room clean and comfortable if small. Breakfast served in tiny cramped room. May have been temporary accommodation but no explanation was offered. Wifi internet access advertised as available from all rooms but no warning given that you need to be an Orange mobile phone customer to obtain it, and that you must pay for it. Hotel didn''t appear to have it''s own access to Internet. Fair enough, but that should be made clear on room description. Staff were pleasant but couldn''t offer an alternative means of Internet access.- 16-Dec-2006 We enjoyed the hotel, small rooms, good breakfast and some 5 minutes walk to the centre!
