Clean hotel for a reasonable (for Venice) price... no thrills though.- 16-Oct-2009 We visited Venice during the Easter, so the prices were a little high at that time. The hotel was clean and comfortable. In addition the service was good as well as the breakfast.- 16-Apr-2009 Our room was small and had no TV (although it was advertised) and no fridge. The fittings were hanging off the walls in the bathroom and the sink leaked.
Having said that, the beds were comfortable and the room clean.
Breakfast was very basic - just fruit juice, cereal and some rolls which were placed on the buffet table still in the baker's bag!
Location was good, although it's very noisy and we couldn't keep the window open at night because of it. Thus the room was hot and stuffy. There's a street market right outside and they set-up very early. Also the hotel has a restaurant below it and there was a great deal of noise in our room when they put down the shutters in the early hours after closing.
For a cheap break I would recommend it - you get what you pay for.- 02-Mar-2009 |
