 Price a little high compared to some same level left bank hotels, and quality level (freshness, space) of rooms depends highly on which room you get (the corner rooms 601, 501, 401 etc are good). But if you need to stay next to Gare du Nord or l'Est, this seems to be really good choice considering what seems to be available in the neighborhood.- 23-Oct-2009 A friendly hotel, clean, well-kept and quiet. Cold buffet breakfast is rather simple but enough to feed you. Good location for travellers close to Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord and the Metro (they keep your luggage for free on departure day). A very convenient place to stay, not too expensive for Paris with [website] rates (don't book directly at the Hotel, the rates are 25 to 50% more!).
