 Staff were very friendly, and had excellent english. They have net access in the lobby, and provide phone cards for international calling which is quite cheap (eg €5 for 50 minutes to landline in Ireland - June 2008).
Breakfast consisted of cereals, meats, cheeses, breads, yogurts, fruit, juices and tea/coffee.
Room was quite small but was adequate, with two windows but only one curtain which let in a bit too much light.
Location was a bit out of Hamburg centre but the metro is about a 10 min walk away.
Very much more like a hostel than a hotel, but the price was favourable.- 30-Jun-2008 stayed there for just 3 nights but found it very clean and the staff helpful. perfect if u wanna keep costs low. and the place really is quite new. its not in a very central location but only 3 stops from the main train st. i dont think yuo ll beat this place for price- 23-Mar-2007 Good price for good accomondation.
Breakfast was ok.
Service also nice and helpfull :)
