 we arrived at 9.20pm, because of a lateflight, and the resturant was about to close.we managed to get a meal but it was rushed.
not just outside the airport as one review indicated but halfway to venice.
watch taxi prices. 30 euros from the airport to the hotel and 40 euros from the hotel to venice port- 04-Aug-2009 myself and my wife stayed in Antony hotel Venice for three days after our eastern meditaranian cruise. The hotel is well maintained,the amenities provided by the hotel are very good,rooms are clean and we liked the american breakfast and the dinner.Excellent service all round.Though hotel is near the airport,bus stop is so close that for one euro in less than 10 minutes one can reach plazaromana and the frequency every half an hour.
Our flight was at early morning six o' cllock and we had to bring our luggage from the room in sixth floor to the taxi in a trolley as there was no bell boy available early mornings.this is the only problem we faced.We will definitely stay in this hotel if we decide to visit venice in future. - 02-May-2007 My wife and I enjoyed our short stay at the Antony Hotel. The staff was very helpful in providing us with a taxi to the airport as well as a sending us off with a boxed breakfast since we left before the buffet breakfast was served.
