 The staff tried hard to be helpful and the breakfast provided was good quality.
However, the hotel had a 'tired' feel and would probably benefit from some updating. The rooms were small, the towels old and worn, the lift broke down, the windows couldn’t open without moving the curtains, the shower was little more than a spray attachment, and the steam room smelled awful.
Other comments to note: refreshment facilities were not available in the room; BBC tv was listed but not available; the swimming pool was very small and gave no enjoyment; additional payment required to use the sauna and steam room is restrictive if in use by other guests; we asked for, and allocated a double room which was actually a twin even though our booking was made 2 months earlier.
Overall, I feel cheated by how the facilities were marketed by the hotel and [your website].
