 The hotel was okay, I would stay there again if I was on a budget, the rooms were of decent size, their landscaping was magnificent, there was a pool, wetbar, masseuse, and restaurant with good food at a good price. Also the beach was right across the street, but the beach had no chairs and the hotel does not provide beach towels so be forewarned. When I was there (April 2001), there was construction right next door so as we departed for an evening out on the town we got nailed with wet concrete from the building next door, we were not too thrilled. Otherwise it was convenient, the staff were very helpful in arranging our daily tours and it was safe.- 07-Sep-2005 The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the pool is excellent. That''s about it for the facilities though. I would certainly return. One piece of advice: ask for a room NOT facing the back road (Poppies Lane) or you will be kept awake by dogs barking and constant revving of moped engines.- 07-Sep-2005 |
