 convinient access to Disneyland park. Clean and specious. would stay there again.- 08-May-2008 Had an enjoyable 5 night stay at the Desert Palms. Hotel is in a good location for Disneyland (only a 10 minute walk to the entrance). Is also situated by a bus stop used by the tour companies for pick-ups.
Sometimes had a bit of trouble with the front desk staff not understanding my requests (though that could have been due to my New Zealand accent!).
Main gripe I had was with the car service that operates out of the hotel (I think is independent from the hotel itself) - we were dropped off at an ice hockey game and were told just to ring back after the game to get picked up, when we did this we found that the service had closed and had to find our own way back to the hotel - not a problem but we were told a different story by our driver. - 18-Mar-2008 We were not in the hotel enough to get an idea of how the service was, we spent most of our time at Disneyland, and it was a fabulous position for that.- 03-Jul-2006 |
