The staff provided excellent service, care, and advise. They made us feel very comfortable and were very helpful.
Our room was large considering location in New York. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and very clean. Our room was very quiet.
The hotel location was perfect for our stay and we had easy access to transportation.
We will be staying at this hotel again. - 09-Sep-2009 I have been there for 3 nights, 1 night without hot water. The website looks fantastic, but it is actually quite moderate in reality. I suppose it is expected with the price that I've paid? Nevertheless, it is not a hotel that I would recommend to others. - 13-May-2009 the first room was like a sauna, about 120 degrees. the wooden blinds were broken so i couldn't close them to darken the room and there were no curtains. i asked for another room which the staff did move me to and there was no heater in it which was preferable and i could open a window but the room was very dark and dingy with no natural light ( i know this is common for new york). i have stayed in 12 different NYC hotels and this is one i wont be going back to. although at the lower end pricing for the market, it felt very overpriced for what was on offer. - 14-Mar-2008 |
