 The only point I found to be good for this hotel was the tram right across the street which ran frequently and timely. The hotel was only 5 stops away from the train station - so traveling back and forth was easy.- 29-May-2008 I coudn't use the spa. Particular group(no common sence) used tha pool and sauna. The staff didnt help, could not manage this probrem. I have had sad feeling and bad memory at Berne. - 30-Jul-2007 Service in reception was excellent - they were forthcoming with what they could offer of tramtickets, timetables and also valuta exchange. Service in the restaurant varied depending on who was serving you. Some were excellent, some didn't speak good English and it took longer to explain what you requested.
