The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were attentive and made sure all our needs were taken care of. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for us to explore the city easily. It was close to all the main attractions and restaurants, making it convenient for us to enjoy our romantic escape. Lastly, the room we stayed in was spacious and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing stay.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing. the glass tops on the tables in our room were quite slippery and easily moved around, which was a bit frustrating.

The value for money was excellent, with a room that was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for walking and sightseeing, and the staff treated us with exceptional hospitality.

The breakfast could have been improved by offering higher quality juices.

We stayed at this hotel for a week during our sightseeing trip. The location was perfect, close to metro stations and famous landmarks. The staff exceeded our expectations with their warm welcome and exceptional service. They even helped retrieve a lost item. The room was comfortable and had ample closet space. We especially enjoyed the delicious drinks and treats served by Barbam at the bar. This was our second stay and we will definitely return.

I had the best stay at this hotel for 5 nights. It was very close to all major attractions in this city. The staff, from the gracious manager to the lovely kind sweetheart Margherita, the kindhearted and always attentive Sabrina and Georgia, the gentleman welcoming barman Marco, and the great Fabio, all opened up for us and our bags with a broad smile. The hotel facilities were clean and the breakfast was great.

The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with electronic pads to control the lighting and cozy beds. The breakfast offered a wide range of options, both hot and cold, and the coffee was plentiful and delicious. The staff were always helpful and welcoming, and the concierge provided excellent service. The rooms were kept impeccably clean, and room service was prompt. We also enjoyed the nice roof terrace, although it could get a bit crowded.
