 1. Staff very friendly and accomodating.
2. Ordered a taxi (previous night at the front desk) to depart on Sunday 27.1.08 from the Hotel to Siem Reap Airport for 06.00am ! Taxi did //not// show up. Hotel receptionist told us: "Sorry, taxi driver overslept. He will not come !" After saying that this would certainly not be "my problem", as a customer, the front desk staff took a quick decision and drove us to the airport by the hotel minibus.
